hi
my n.s.r caliper has seized cracking the disc (r19 16 valve)
whats the easiest way to sort this ?
take it to renault?
i guess i will need a new caliper and a new set of both rear pads and discs
expensive to sort ?
anyone know were i can get the parts cheaper ?

well if you go to renault yes its going to be expensive.
GSF etc sell discs, so get a new disc. I would replace the pair and stick in new pads.
You need to see whats actually seized on the caliper, wether its the piston or the sliders.
If you have a look on the tech articles you will find a rear pad change guide, this will be of some help to you. |

note rear disks house the rear bearings, so either get new ones or you'll have to swap (press) the old ones out and press them into the new disks. |
