i have a clio 1.4 rt auto. It will start first time most of the time but, every so often, when i turn the key all i get is a clicking sound and nothing else.
I can try this a few times and nothing happens, leave it for a few hours, try it again and it will start no problem. can anyone help please. |

where does the clicking come from?
If its from the starter then its either to hot (not normally a problem), dodgy connections or its duff.
If its clicking from a relay or even the stick itself maybe a dicky inhibitor switch.
If you move the stick from n to p then try does it work then? |
