Ive been told by Halfords that when fitting a new CD player in my car it isnt possible without more kit to get the steering column controls to work.

Obviosly I dont really believe this and was wondering if anyone (Chris) could give me a fool proof guide to DIY reconnection to my CD player?

Chris hates it with a passion, I love it.

Autoleads adapter for sonys is PC9-101 , can get em on ebay occasionally or post wanted on cliosport or RSC.

The good things i notice about the remote is that i dont need to take my eyes off the road anymore.
I cant do that when im adjusting volume/source/channels on the head unit. Rolling Eyes
