hi, how do i raise my torsion back to normal, it doesnt seem to want to go back to the way it was, just stays dropped everytime i try to put it back to normal!. is there a certain/different way of doing it? thanks, i really need to sort this out!

Yes, the torsion bar as standard is held in compresion by the dampers, thats why its hard to pull out, with the dampers off it shoudl slide in and out very easily.
So to get it back to standard ride hieght you need to undo the lower damper bolts so the arm can drop enough to allow it to go back to its original height. |

jesus, them lower damper bolts are impossible to get off, thats the way its gotta be done though yes? |

or you could try the top ones. On the clio its a nut and bolt. |

so basically get either the lower bolt off, or the top one, drop the arm, put tbar back in and then put the damper back on? sound bout right? |

yep its a pain in the arse.
Thats why I choose the bottom.
the 19 is far superior in this aspect as the top nut is in the boot. |
