Thats pure shit. Even if you give a ned a perfectly decent car thats what happens. the front bumper doesnt even fit properly at the side. |

I think I've had about as much as I can take! And I'm not talking about car modifiers with poor taste either - I'm talking about you cantankerous lot!
I admit that most of the monstrosities that get posted on here are well and truly dire and everybody will agree - but I don't that Mini is actually that bad, apart from the front bumper. I've certainly seen a lot worse.
At the end of the day if people wanna mod their car to their own personal liking then that's their decision. By the same token, if people want to buy a modded car that they like, then that's their choice, saves a lot of money buying a standard car and doing it yourself!
Certain individuals on here seem to think that they are Judge, Jury and Executioner on such matters! This world is a mix of different people, and believe me if everybody was the same as yourself you'd soon be moaning about how the world is so boring!
People may not agree with the neddy eyebrows on my 19, but that doesn't mean I'm some sort of gimp who likes to sleep with my sister!
Right, I've said my piece I'm going to leave it at that. I just wish people would climb off their pedestals, take a look in the mirror, and ask themselves why they are in a position to criticize others before themselves. |

Yes I feel more than qualified to mock muppets who sell cars like this. |

Why though? Just 'cos you don't like it?
And just 'cos he's done his car up like that make him a muppet in what way? Some people might say I drive round in a nedded up car but in 3 months time I'll be a qualified biochemist.
I doubt you would refer to me as a muppet when I'm working on a therapy for the cancer that one in three members of your family will be suffering from in 10 years time. |

Well Ben. Your education or qualifications do not have much of a bearing on what someone thinks you are when they see you do they
If i see a guy walking down the street in a burberry cap, tracksuit bottoms and reebok classics, he might have a degree in astrophysics, he might have very similar interests to me and I might get along with him really well, but lets be honest, first thing i think upon seeing him is quite simply 'ned/chav' etc. and I might even cross the street because from past experience I know that people who dress that way are, 99% of the time, neds/chavs.
If I see someone in car thats been modded up with lexus lights, a huge bodykit, led washer jets, undercar neons and a huge spoiler, i'll think 'muppet', whether its a Nova, a Fiesta, a Mini or an Aston Martin. Again because previous experience has on the whole shown me that these types of people are muppets.
Hey, that's prejudice for you, all part of everyday life I'm afraid.
Even if someone is working a cure for cancer, designing a jupiter space probe, or working on a new theory of quantum mechanics, if they act like a muppet I will call them a muppet.
Its really quite simple, and I must say that I'm surprised you as an educated man cant see this simple concept... |
