need new tyres on my rims and i been looking at this site, and basically im stuck between:

Nankang EX601 195/60 R14 86H £28.50ea Image

Toyo PROXES CF 1 195/60 R14 86H Rim-protection, NEU £33.70ea Image

Falken ZE-512 195/60 R14 86H £34.80eaImage

all prices are inclusive of P+P.

not sure what tyre would be best to go for.

any help appreciated

well ive been told by a few people ONCE or TWICe to get proxes and its sort of a decent mid-range price too. nankangs ive been told arnt too good in the wet, and well as for the falkens, dont really know much about them..but i like the look of them, and hey, Porsche use them Laughing

I also beleive i told you nangkangs were shite, memory like a sive Wink had ns1's on my alloys before, bloody lethal. The proxes are great, so much better than the uniroyals i had on before and still have on the back.

edit: middle one aint a proxe, this one is

Toyo Proxes T1 that is. i quoted a CF1 Wink T1 is a "sport type" and the CF1 is a "comfort and basic type".

anyway, since my alloys arnt the best looking things in the world at the moment, im gonna get some cheapo tyres for a while until i save up enough cash to get a decent set of alloys...then i'll go for a decent tyre.

Yokohama S 539 on the front – Bridgestone S 03 on the back. Like running on Bostick

Ridgid side-walls are what your after if want to throw it round tight corners
