Bodyshell to get wen doing a R5 GTT engine conversion

Clio Petrol or Clio Diesel (old shape)

the reason i ask is becoz wen u do 2L conversion on a Nova im told 2 use the Turbo Diesel 1.5 shell is this becoz the engine mounts r in the same place or the body is more rigid and has no need for welding or is it both Question

righty the best shell without a doubt is a williams 1 shell. This is mega bucks though. Its best cos it has rear discs and wider axle,, wider front track, best suspension on it, no sunroff, and the subframe was extra gussets welded in.

But just get a 1.2 base model shell and that will do.

90% of the gear is a straight swap to the clio shell.

I think it is until he gets the payout then he has to sign it over.
