i posted this question a few days back but as the forum was playing up ,its got lost .
i took most coolant system hoses out in order to clean them and the engine bay a bit .now its time to put them all back in but guess what ? i am a bit confused which goes where .after comparing the lengths and the kinks of the hoses i sort of have a theory and draw a picture of it . can somebody confirm that these are the right places for the hoses to connect to?
ps: the thermostat does not show on the picture as i allready know it connects to the rad. top hose |

nice one ,i can now start the beast up and check for leaks .
i remember you saying the best way to fill the coolant system is to fill it on a slope front of the car facing uphill to prevent airlocks etc.
what sort of an angle were you referrring to chris ? |

a big bloody angle like a car park ramp!
just fill it up with the bleed screw on the rad open and squeeze all the hoses.
When its filled or appears to be fille dfill it right up to the top of the bottle and put the lid on, then when its run and you bleed it etc the level will go down to about right. |
