thought id share this as im rather proud of it lol
seen a few fusebox covers for ftos on the owners club so thought id make one for myself,,the carlsberg of all fusebox covers
now its only taken me over 5 months to actually get around to doing it but i started it on wednesday at work and got it finished today (going my my lazyness --ask chris-- thats dam good going by my standard lol) took me bout half hour planning,,about another 10minute trying to steal the metal (bright aneled 300 series stainless) then persuaded one of my workmates to write the program out for the cnc punch,, after that i lovingly filed it till all the edges were silky smooth to the touch,,carefully folded it on the promecam then shiped it off to my boss (best tig welder youl ever see) to get it welded,, polished it up and hey presto.....fits like a glove,,can shake it whilst its upside down and it still doesnt fall off
only persons stuff iv seen that can match it is markyboys and id love to have ours sitting side by side to compare
just need to clean the car now eh
anyway enough of my giberish here it is,,,,,,,be gentle

cheers guys
i had her on the rolling road and she ran 181bhp at the wheels with 177 pft in 3rd gear then hit the speed limit of 112mph at ava performance that i have never botherd to remove so it aint that shy,,, power is smooth so you dont realise the speed your doing till you look at the speedo which is a bad thing
and the only one id get is the gpx with mivec btw (my one ) |
