Lols this thread isn't asking if it will work. More a discussion about the fuel. |

I get better fuel economy on optimax. last time i drove up home (330 odd miles) my car used a 1/4 of a tank less on optimax! noticable round town aswell.
The better fuel efficiency outweighs the extra cost imo, as it cost maybe an extra £2-3 to fill the tank with it, but i save that at least in "saved" petrol |

how bigs the tank on a 19? 50 l?
so on normal unleaded at say 82p/litre, its costs £41
on optimax at 87.9p/litre, it costs £43.95
an extra £2.95 of optimax will give u more miles than £2.95 of normal unleaded
My findings anyway, based on a 60/40 split of ragging/sensible driving |

Yeah I'm 90% sure just sticking 97RON Sul helps my car idle better. I've tried loads of things and after a few tanks of Sul it's smoother compared to normal Unleaded
Not sure if all the Tescos have got 99RON yet. Will be taking a trip down on Sunday to see if my local has |
