I would come but I'll never be able to make it down that soon! Fortunately there is a huge vintage car rally in Alness (just along the road from me) every year in June and I get in for free!!! Wink Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Course the downside is I do have to wear my St. Andrews uniform and be on alert for anyone doing anything stupid!

Defibrillator trained First Aider with St. Andrews Ambulance. We cover events like footy (premier to 5-a-side), horsey events, car rally's, banger derbys right the way thru to Daffodil Teas (Boring)! Oh we also do T in the park Very Happy and big concerts! It was when I saw St. Andrews First Aiders at The Eagles gig at Hampden that I decided to become a first aider Very Happy . Course, the best bit is I get to go to all these events not only for free but I get my expenses and fed too!!!! 9 times out of 10 I can also take my 9 year old, First Aid badge wearing cub scout!

Yes, I'm a volunteer. Training only takes 12 evenings (for standard first aid) every three years, the Defib training is seperate. My knees go funny at the site of my own blood apparently but not other peoples!
