Highlander endgame
17 mins into it. What a lot of crap.
You would have thought this being the 4th film Chris Lambert would have learned how to say highlander.
Its 1 word, not 2 words.
Bloody foreigners. Its like Gentle Ben, I got him saying loch quickly, he wasn't to bad at picking it up. |

Christophe Lambert is a shit actor. I put him just below Rutger Hauer in the shit actor league of people who have been in one good film, then almost without exception nothing but a load of absolute dog shit ever since. |

Harrison Ford. Not for being Han Solo, but for being Rick Deckard in Blade Runner (coincidentally also the only film that Rutger Hauer starred in that wasnt a pile of crap). And for Indiana Jones obviously
Runner up is probably Jeff Bridges for being Jeffrey Lebowski in The Big Lebowski (a performance and film that still cracks me up everytime i watch it), and Arlington Road which if you havent seen, I highly recommend. |

TBL has sooo much going on, you pick up something else each time you watch it. Half of what he says is repeating something he hears someone else say earlier on or on the TV.
Arlington Road is the Tim Robbins one yes, been on TV loads in recent years due to the relevance what with the current climate of terrorism etc. |

The bit in TBL when he's sitting in the bath drinking when the goons come in is brilliant.
Another good jeff bridges film is white squall with a young ryan phillipe (spelling?) and scott wolfe. |

I really didnt like the Lady Killers at all. I had to sit and watch it intently though to make sure the print was ok as I did the test screening on my own when I was projectionist at the cinema. |

I liked that it was a different kind of role for Tom Hanks, he doesn't usually play dark characters |

Watched Blade Trinity, National Tresure and Saw over the last few days. I have Ray and Catwomen left to watch. I didn't buy these dvd's, but borrowed them from my Dad.
Saw was a good film, the other two I didn't really think were good.
Blade 3 was a naff because there was too much comedy, which is awful when you have wesley snipes kikin' ass and then having some wise crack at something he just shot, lame.
Didn't really see much of national tresure as I seem to be distracted by the blonde bird in max power and wanted to finish readin' it.
Catwomen I will only watch for one reason and that is Hally Berry.
Ray I will watch some time, but can't think when.
I agree with you about that highlander film, from what I remember it had no action and saw him visiting some grave yard? |

BoB is ace, parts of it were filmed here in Hatfield on the old British Aerospace airfield which is now the new university campus.
My housemate and I were extras in it as soldiers, ive got some pictures somewhere that we sneakily took on set. Didnt have a digicam in those days so ill have to try and use a scanner somewhere. |
