I will be having my A-level music practical during the day and then working 4:45-8:30 then havin' a LAN with my mate who is up for the weekend from Cornwall.

Saturday I am gonna blitz the car and take it down the beach, if it's nice then work from 4:15-8.

Sunday I am pullin' a sicky off work to do a gig.

how about you lot?

yeah its quite fun....its better in sunny weather tho...im not THAT serious to go out in all conditions like some do....its more of my mate's hobby and i just go along to help him (as its a 2 man boat) and for fun...

its lovely in the summer....practising capsizing is good fun too....sometimes the wind totally drops off so we just fall in to amuse ourselves lol!!

Well i've just spent my lunch break going down to renault and getting two new backbox rubber hangers (£4.53 incl vat for the pair) and fitting them.
Cleaning my back windows and putting on my nice new retro renault stickers (pics in a bit lol)

This weekend i want to attempt lowering the back end of the ph2 hatch to match its nice low front end, never done a torsion bar before so should be interesting, just out of interest, which way do you turn them to lower it? lol.

i was gonna attempt that last weekend but ended up having to change out the starter motor from my ph1 to the ph2 instead.

were you reme then roddy?

and yes, tell me all about it! how i know..

and the countless amounts of mods that come out for them.
and not just one wagon either..

every sodding one has to be done.

and the dapy siggys that break them.

or just basically run them out of fuel.

the amount of diesel generators, that are run out of the fuel.

and the old ones have the be bled to get them going again..

so we trundle off to do that, give them a slap on the wrist, drive back.

bit later, another one has. oh joy.

ha. i dont even want to know what goes on in the back of them FFR's

to much to think about.

but seeing as its a signals sqn, im stuck with it.

normally the extra alts to power them go pop, and they weigh a ton!

try fitting one of them on your own, makes ya arm tired thats for sure lol

only good thing about the rovers are no need to axel stands or jack. :)

id love to get there! chances are i highly dout it.

windsor isnt to bad. quite a good little work shop they have.

Image

just 1 of many random pictures i have lol

also note the small heaters that heat up about 3ft in front of them..

thats all very well, but there about 8ft off the floor. dont do much

winters its very cold!

This weekend (tommorrow) I'll be putting new discs and pads on the front of mine and checking the exhaust for leaks. Also need to check the coolant coz I think the cap might be leaking, cars running hot (not overheating) but almost constantly sitting just at the mark where the fan comes on Sad Must remember to investigate the little spring thing hanging down from the gear box!
