I wanna build a digital dash into my car. Know just to know is everything in the car allready (except the stick) and is it just plugging in?? or do i have to get ready for a sh*tload of work which i can't be a**ed???

loom is different i think, speedo cable is definatley different (and expensive).

Damn would it be an easy task to fit the bits and pieces of loom together?? and i thought it was just an addon piece needed for the speedo cable??

speedo cable is the same.

loom is different as is the tank sender unit and thus rear wiring loom.

Chris, does the non-digital dash version have the leccy sender thing at the dial end of the speedo cable?

yes how does one think the road speed sensor operates? By magical forces powered by porn and Zelda? Razz

Speedo cable is the same whether or not its a ph2 1.4 or a 16V. Has to be an injection car though.

I have taken time to consider that answer, weighed up technical challaenges and the laziness factor.
