0-60 in them stock was about 4 seconds but it wasnt; a production car liek the maclaren is.

But yes its feckign quick but top speed isn't anything to exctiing.

all i meant was imagine what you would be doin in 11 secs in ur clio....60/70mph? by which point the mclaren f1 would have gone to 100 and back to a standstill Razz

im happy with that for the for the money.

rather spend what i did on a clio, that dose that time

then half a million on a mclaren.

unless i had the money to burn.

i dont actually like the mclaren actually.

same as ferrari's lambos etc.

just to exotic for me.

can never pull up along side one and think

"wow, hes cool"

more like "wow, hes a pompus twat"

yes but then you could have spent Â£100 on a 16V and gone faster than the clio in a better car. Even incl insurance it would still work out cheaper than the clio and insurance.

but the scarey thing was these things were designed to have that kind of performance on gravel rally tracks Shocked

not suprising they killed of group b, and group s was even more exotic, still it is one fantastic car .
