she is running and sounding sweet all the pain all the suffering all the skined knuckles I am almost happy. road test next weekend hopefully then just a few minor niggles to sort |

just check plumbing and gearbox oil level engine sounds a little rattley on top but not too bad revs ok and not burning oil little bit of white stuff on the cap. water in the expansion tank is dirty but thats to be expected so all in all i'm happy. |

reverse isn't working was monday  its got to be something silly do you need a reverse gear for mot? |

If it feels like it goes in, but then when u let go of the stick, it slips over and is actually in 1st, i had the same problem, you need to tighten the gear linkage at the gearbox end a bit tighter |

Nah, they'll be fine till they try and reverse it off the ramp  |
