i am looking for some rear shocks to buy at the moment but there are too many makes and types around and its a bit confusing .
what the difference between gas filled and oil filled ones ??? |

both have oil in them, gas ones however don;t tend to leak like oil ones do. |

cheers , so lets get the gas ones but bloody gsf website makes it ferkin confusing ,they have 5 different rear shocks and 2 of them are gas filled by the looks . all seem to fit all renault 19s as well (dont know what 4 or 2 torsion bars mean ) and prices start from 7quid up to 24
whats the right one ??? |

any will fit buit if you want it to handle properly as in the way its meant to handle get the DeCarbon ones as they arre what came with the car.
Some came with Boge I would only go with these 2 tbh.
Having driven the car slots and on different types they got it right 1st time. |

decarbon/boge are avail from GSF/euro.
if you can't see decarbon get the boge ones.
And they are oil JB. |
