the tungy chamade will be ready for the mot according to my plan latest by the end of the week .
now i dont want to leave it in a garage all day for the mot and pick it up when they call me to say i can pick up .
the main idea behind this is not allowing fuckin butchers in the garage to rag my car to death or mess around with my freshly dyed leather seats or perfectly cleaned carpets . it feels a bit like leaving your kid with a stranger , to be more obscene ,its like leaving your boy with MJ
so how long does an actual mot test take ????? i want to be there and watch every dodgy move.
paranoid ehhh ????? |

you not got a regular garage you use?
Test is about half an hour. If the station is computersied then it will take a bit longer to keep the VOSA happy.
You can get an MOT whilst you wait at most places though.
I knwo what you mean, liek the windscreen, does it have petrol in it? What for? We need to test drive it! Ok pal whatever. |

Schakal just get under loosen the 13mm pinch bolt and twist the linkage, that will allow you to get 5th. The gearbox is not part of the mot so it won't fail on it.
Dan they are not llowed to takew anything off your car during a test, they can't even put a spanner on it. They can only use the corrosion inspection equipment which are basically a variety of hammers.
If they can't see corrosion they can't fail the car for it either (like behind a bodykit). |

well this is a new garage for me, run by an 80odd yr old guy, and his assistant maybe in his 30 or 40s, so i hope they are sensible enough to not be interested in ragging the cars....don't have any yts boys there.
i dont want to but have to really for work.
my boss took his car there for MOT the other day too....T reg Audi A4...failed lol....on CV gaitors. |
