Hi guys,

I was wondering, since im going to sell the small bits i got out of the spare parts car, i cant seem to find the difference between the light control arm i took out of my 1.4e ph2 '95 and the one posted on eBay for example.
This is my unit:

And this is one sold on eBay today

They look different but cant seem to figure out the difference

Any ideas? Confused

Mine is on the left, same as the ones found in mainland Europe, which i presume the other arm is from.

2 different comapnies make them but both are the same and interchangable.

Jaeger and somone else, cannae mind.

Anyway the other pic has been reversed so it looks wonky.

Mine says "Seima, made in france" Smile
One other thing, i cant turn the arm like when you change beams.
Can that only be done when its connected to electricity ?
Or does my RN (which this one came out of), differ from the one in my RT. Ie not the same equipment level ?

it should be able to turn, if it doesn't its broken.

clips inside break and jam it.

Hmm, decided to turn it with brute force Laughing
Clicked over and now it turns freely over beam selections.
Dont know if it will work though, have to test it on my RT propably.

Thanks for the info though Wink

it may end up not flippin between dipped and full if somethings bust inside now.

altho i found it was possible if u turned to side lights (first click) then pulled back u would get fulls while holding back, and then u cud kinda as u slowly released it forwards, rotate at the same time and it would stay on full beams...
