I've got Blistine shocks all round on my 19 16v, so is there any benifit to be gained by Upgrading to coilovers?

I believe coilovers offer a greater amount of control over the ride height and other aspects of the cars' handling.

I wait to be corrected on that tho'!

OK, Happy with that.

However, is there any point to uprating for normal road use or is it mainly for the WOW FACTOR and track days?

is the back not torsion bar???? if so how do you convert torsion bar to coil over with out changing the rear inner wheel arch?? also by coil over do you mean 2 1/4" diameter springs because most renault front suspension is coil over from what I understand! ie mcpherson (sp) strut and rising rate spring.

Yes the back is Torsion bar, however there are still rear shockers on there. (may not be the technical term for it but most people understood)

Yes the front are Mcpherson strut but if you check the link you should see what I mean. Wink

I saw a better example the other day but this link is just as good.
