I used to get tonsillitis rate bad when I were a lot younger, had it about 6 times in as many months one year. Doctor said, "if ye get it one more time, I think it would be best to 'ave 'em out and be done with it."

On the drive home my mother reassures me by saying, "It's okay son. When I had mine out they gave me all the ice cream I could eat!"

"Wicked!" says I, now eagerly awaiting my next bout of tonsillitis.

Did I get it again? Did I bollocks. Sod's law strikes yet again!

I get sinusitis all the time, doctor either gives me antibiotics or a nasal spray both work excellently! It usually sets of an abscess in my gob if I don't get it sorted quick enough. Got a temperature?

No, Sudafed is a decongestant (you can get tablets too). It's a steroid nasal spray I get.

I prefer the Sudafed tablets. The steroid sprays are good too unless it's an infection. If hayfever is contributing to your's you might want to take antihistimines (get them on prescription it's cheaper!) and take them at night if they make you drowsy.

Could be an infection then coz that's when I get it too mostly (after a cold). Can't feel the pain any more tho' coz of the arthritis pain killers! Cool

I get Diclofenac (anti-inflammatory/pain killers) not mega strong but good enough! Modified release so twice a day keeps the pain away!
