You may also want to check this bad boy out, www.carstats.co.uk. Not sure how acurate it is but plenty of info on plenty of cars. |

I timed my 0-60 on the way home from a mates the other night and it was 8.6 seconds. Probably about as accurate as a smack in the face though lol |

That's about right then Dan? 7.7 seconds crops up a lot for the 19 16v's 0-60 time. |

mine is about 7 seconds with someone in the passenger seat.
Bens clio is maybe 9 on a good day. Smooth and progressive but its not got the urge or the gearing of the 19. |

its got a persistant coolant air lock problem, battered out cat slowing it down and so on.
The times were done at night which was about 2 degrees and amber was timing and we did runs both directiuon on the same bit of road, up beyond loch lomond in case anyoen is intrested.
I do have a whole 6 page progress report on the thing you know. |

Is 9 seconds not a bit slow for my Clio? Aren't they meant to be 7.9?
A little disappointed at that tbh, especially when I've had close to an 11 second 0-60 out the 1.4! |

the clios are not as fast as everyone says.
I have yet to be beaten in the 19 by a clio.
The cliso always sound faster due to the way they are set up.
They also feel fast due to their size but they are not quick.
Dan he only dfrove it half a mile if that! |
