My mate @ work has a phase 2 19 valver and has no probs what so ever till now.
Every so often he turns the key and it wont start untill the second turn?
The starter moter is going round fine and u can hear the fuel pump pumping when u turn the key as normal.. Any ideas guys? |

or if it has the later stat housing, it is on the frt side of the housing.
white plug, center of image.
