Chris, was just reading your progress report on Gentle Ben's clio, and was just wondering would a clio induction kit like ur pic below, fit on a 19 16v? Or not because of the breather pipe is in a different place on a 19? I just like the idea of the filter being right up there on the throttle body, rather than on the end of a long bendy tube
Is this system better than the 19's in your opinion? Would it be worse cuz it's closer to the engine and therefore hotter? But the air hasn't got as far to go once it's through the filter has it, so better? |

throttle body is different.
Exposed to more heat, an arse to do anythign with, gets a lot more oil in it and so on.
Only 1 area where its better than the 19's set up is noise alone - nothing else. |
