Any ideas how to get the bugger off as mine will not turn at all?

i guess you are on about the filler screw

it will turn if you try harder sic puppy mate ,its only a plastic screw with plastic threads ,stop being a little girl and get it out

i have tapped it with the end of a rod with a hammer to get it started before...just watch u dont shear the wing off and have nothing left to grip it with.

The hammer and rod thing worked a treat!

So I got it off. Popped in the finger Shocked and it got covered in fluid (Not the first time thats happened Wink ). I guess that's fine then! LOL Smile

it is fine ,as long as the car is on a flat surface and its cold when you checked

Will check again later as I used the car bout 1.5 hours ago. The car is facing uphill about 3 degrees, will that make much difference?

they will both make difference and probably a big one .check it on a flat surface when the gearbox is cold

LOL I'm just going by the slow roll the car takes with the handbrake off, very slowly creeps downhill Smile
