nah not really it was fine. Few midges in the morning when the sun woke them up but nothing unbearable. |

Cracking piccies JB,
looks like it was a fantastic time mate, especially sitting there with the beers and the cooked food 
i bet after the walk, food and the fresh air you both slept like logs aswell |

slept ok in the tent...was amazing how much the temp dropped up there at night, im usually roasting in my sleepin bag, but this time had it done up over my head fully clothed all night! the grass was long and made a good bed!
but the night was awesome, sittin next to the lake, drinkin a few beers, it was clear so there was moon and stars, saw a few satelites pass over. i saw a shootin star too!
the next morning when u first put ur bag back on u really fee it in ur shoulders! esp. when u only do this every now and again..
my bloody feet always let me down, even tho i was wearing my comfy shoes, i still got blisters...i dont know what to do to avoid it. so last night i was poppin them with a penknife like grapes they were. |
