after goign to that unit with my mum and cousin my mum and I popped into ASDA on the way home.
I was lookign at magazines she wandered off and then called me over.
A 21 inch flat screen telly, £89.97. To good to pass up.
Its made by dual but the remots the same as my mums goodmans casing is nearly the same as well but different buttons.
Good telly.
Bargain price, so for those wanting a new telly have a look!
Also they had a flat screen 15 inch telly with built in dvd player for £99.99 |

I need to go on a TV shopping mission, as I'm currently sharing a bedroom as mines' being redecorated.
Reckon I'm gonna go for a massive telly (I've found a Grattan's returned goods outlet that sells TV's dirt cheap) and I reckon I'm gonna see if I can get Sky to wire me in my own supply upstairs (already have it to the main TV downstairs) |

i think we still rent telly and video...god knows why...about time i talked my parents out of it...
The "its free to fix" when it breaks isnt up to much anymore, as tvs just dont break down these days....if it does, its just so cheap to bin it and buy a new one. |

I remember just starting my 2nd year at uni, moving into new house, realised the light bulb in my room didn't work and had no spare, so I took a trip to argos with one of me housemates to get some bulbs. Walked in, saw a Sharp widescreen TV for £149 and I couldn't really believe it. It was a really high spec 24", brand new, silver, lush, and it was actually £149. I even asked cuz I thought it was surely wrong. £149 for a 24" widescreen made by a known manufacturer (i.e, not "Telly-tech" or some shit that sounds made up lol) is prety damn good today, let alone 4 years ago when I got it!
So basically, went to argos for lightbulbs, came out with a widescreen TV...........and forgot the light bulbs ah well, TV lit me room up a bit |

It's like everything Chris, you're not paying for the technology, you're paying for the privelege of having it before everybody else. |
