Does anyone know an easy way of changing the front mount that is under the powersteering pump on a p1 19 16V?
From the looks of it I need to take the pump off to undo the 2 top bolts.
There's got to be a quicker and easier way. |

I'm thinking that the awkward way of jacking it up sounds like a better option.
It may be a pain in the arse but surely it's not as fiddly when the front bumper is off? (i took mine off today when I was bored) |

it is a complete pain in the imho. i had to cut a spanner in half to get at them top nuts. and then it was like 1/8th of a turn movement so took forever to get them off blindly.
16mm spanner btw. |
