Yeah you can do that mate, but if youre going to go to the effort of cutting and welding, you may as well just save the cash and use a bit of tube. |

also doc ,if you are doing the welding work yourself you might as well get your cat out get the dimensions of the pipe and the flanges and make a cracking decat pipe yourself ,
its only a bit of metal at the end of the day  |

I can't weld and I don't have the kit.
I was thinking more about throwing someone a fiver or so to do it at lunch at one of the garages down the road. |
