what might be causing my 1.2 clio to vibrate when nearly at a standstill under moderate braking with the clutch down? |

yes, also interestingly when you reverse the judder can be heard/felt along with a binding or scrubbing noise. seems to come from the front wheels |

no the discs are probably the originals (65k) quite uneven across the contact area from middle to outer edge. The problem is quite a recent-2 week- thing and just happened.
My girlfriend has just told me that there is a grinding noise when moving off at certain points as the wheels rotate.
