Thought I'd show my "face" and see what you've all been up to..
Me - Still car-less having embraced the world of (push) bikes..
In fact I'm just about to leave and pick up a shiny new (to me) full suspension frame.. All very exciting..
A pic for anyone who'e intersted (it's certainly no Renault!)

So have you worked out what's wrong with it yet Chris?
I am indeed still a pedestrian, going everywhere on my bike now. Was buliding up my new bike last night. up until 1am "fettling".. Sooo much easier than working on a Renault 19! |

nah not yet, but I have had to hamme rout every valve fuckign the guides in the process! deep scores all the way down, they were free until the collet groove got to the guide, its like bad maching from the factory.
Also the castings poor, lots of shift, i have started a thread on it in the progress reports, called project m.
Still got the bottom end to go though. |
