Yet another thing needed.
Have noticed that the cross member that the radiator sits on is very badly corroded beyond repair.
Does anybody know the Renault part no?
Had a look on Dialogys and couldn't see it.

Just found out that this is part of the subframe and can't be bought seperately. Replacement subframe is 240 odd quid from Renault!!!!
Beever Auto Panels do a pattern part for 85 quid. |

It's not as bad as I first thought, mainly surface. Needs cleaning up thoroughly, a shed load of Kurust and hammeriting.
It's pretty rusty as the radiator had a small leak when I bought the car and the previous owner didn't bother to replace it. Was the first job I did. |

use loads of underbody sealent on it after treating the rust,that would protect it from water and crap for a good while |
