right apparently these diesel efforts are super cheap on insuirance.
Well they ain't just done a check in my sisters name and its an extra 50 qudi a year 3rd party t&T over her laguna.
What group are they? The lagunas a grp 11.
I was gonna have the green one across the road in the hope I could afford it but it seems not! |

yeah I know, 1527cc of raw un-turbocharged smelly shite interior no toys pleasure!
Only car we have in the fleet thats dearer are the 19 16V's! even then its only 80 or so quid! |

My sister had one of those 1.5 diesel 106s back in the day. Totally gutless, my 903cc Uno I had at the time gave it a proper run for its money. |

I know, but i can easily sort the pace out on it, it was just insurance I was wantign to be cheap.

see what I mean! a pug with about 25bhp 40 quid cheaper than a decent 19td, makes no sense! |

But are they mod friendly, i'm wiht CIS atm, and all my mods are declaired wiht no increase in premium, comming out at £1268 for me atm, thats stripped, harnesses, bucket seats, exhxuats, de-cat, ik, 16v bonnet, wings, bumper, alloys, no air bag, lowered |

Exactly Huw, there is absolutely no justification for that.
Especially since clios are even more likely to end up in a hedge than 19s due to the tendency for them to be ragged about by nobbers |

what gets me is spares for the clio are dearer as well!
Still pretty girls drive the clios in the insurers eyes.
19 was dearer new as well. |
