Presume its on a valver??
Remove top dash, trim where bonnet release is, and strearing wheel shroud
2 bolts in the top, and 2 in the bottem (IIRC)
Panel pulls out, disconnect the wires and speedo cable (need very small hands for this, lol).
Remove instrument panel, refitting is a reverse of removal |

Actually thinking about it not sure you need to remove the steering wheel shroud |
