my reverse lights and luggage comp. light was not working since i got the car ,so i decided to have a look at them today.piss easy jon ehh?
the luggage comp light was piss easy as i managed to find out it was a faulty switch and swapped it with the one from the black rt. job done

with the reverse lights i knew it was the bloody switch again as everything else (bulbs,fuses ,connections were fine) so took my spare reverse lights switch from the shed and took the one on the car out ,the plan was to do the swap quickly to avoid too much gear oil loss as its newly filled up ,once the switch came off some oil urged out , but it was not the feckin oil i put in there 2 months ago ,it was rather creamy mayoish looking oil ,pissed right off Mad

anyway put the new switch in and tightened up and managed to snap the fecking thing ,the threaded bit was left inside and oil draining from the middle bit where the moving parts reside .luckily the threaded bit left inside was up for a game and came out easy . lost a good few litres of oil while trying to shut the hole with the old non working switch though Sad

had to ride a bike with non working gears for 3 miles to get to halfords before they close , Â£5.50 a litre ,rip off Evil or Very Mad

anyway used the 80w 90 from halfords to top up ,the car is still drivable

fecking annoyed and well tired now Evil or Very Mad
