Coupla weeks ago i changed the radiator on the 19 due to having a leak...
once fitted the fan was working as it should..last night in traffic temp went passd fan kick in..and the fan didnt kick in,any ideas?wht to check?  |

use a paper clip to bridge the connector for the fan switch, if the fan comes on, you know its the switch. |

thanks for the tip neal..one last question..the fan switch is the one thats on the fan itself..yes? 
bit confused as theres wires and connectors at the bottom of the rad! |

nope, its on the 'drivers' side of the rad.
Make sure you bridge the plug on the loom, not the sensor itself, which obviously wont do anything.
Not being patronising, but people have done stupid stuff before like unplugging the power connector to the fan and bridging that to try and make it come on... |
