Well I drove nearly four hours in all to pick up the eBay engine for my Clio and it's got no oil in it and the guy selling it said it had low oil pressure It was just sitting in his back garden - getting wet through in the rain.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's no good at all |

LOL.
Well the Clio engine is going into the shed (wooden shed not the Clio ROFL) til after Xmas.
Got my insurance cert this morning so all I need is an MOT cert and then I can go and get a tax disc from the DVLA office. It's snowing here today though and I dunno if I can drive in snow
Got to get the train later to uni so don't think I have enough time for an MOT today. |

Yeah it went in the boot of the Punto no bother. Looked pretty cool actually from the back sod lowering - I'll get some breeze blocks in the boot
Car felt heavy though. Came back on the mway as didn't fancy all the country roads and hills. Didn't want it sliding out the boot |

It was only Cat C because of it's age, if it had been a new car it would have been a Cat D. It has gone down as a stolen recovered though, not accident damaged. |

Oh yeah I forgot about them What do you want? A Subaru keyring?
The insurance company must know that's it a Cat C if the HPI register knows and the insurance company that wrote it off in the first place. It musn't make any difference though when insuring it? |

haha you'll be lucky
Just rang Ford Rapid Fit cos in the paper they have MOT insurance for £40 + the MOT fee £30. Wanted to find out what it covered, like if I need any welding or any big jobs would it be covered. Silly guy didn't know and is going to ring me back. He's supposed to be the boss of the MOT bit? God help us is all I can say |
