what car?

17"s will go on a clio or 19 no problem, unless its stupidly low

Well I don't claim to know a hell of a lot about clios, but I'm 99% certain you can just put the 17"s straight on with no issues.

It's worth noting that tyres for 16"s are a lot more expensive than tyres for 17"s

Also, you know it's going to be a fair bit slower with 17"s than with the standard 15" wheels don't you?

funny just commented on alloys in your pics, 16's are ok untill you come to replacing tyres, very expensive, a nice set of original renault 15" are the best option IMO and if you want to fill the arch just drop the car a bit.

go for 15's.

17's will fit but there will be issue on the front unless you get the 16V wings.

well if u got the $ then go 16's
heres a bit of fittment gobbledeegook
195/45/16 is the tyre size
rim size is 6.5
stud patteren is 4 x 100
offset preferbly et35-38

but as my fellows retrobuddies ere have sed tyres are gunna be expensive even for budgets

I'd go with Chris H's advice I stuck 17's on mine and it really does slow the car down. Wink

I'm going down to 15's in Jan

they do look rather cool on the clio as it goes

also the more common ph2 R19 16v and Clio 16v alloy wheels look good on clio's

you can get a set of those quite cheaply
