Wasnt even ragging it either, lost it around one bend, so i corrected it, then it went over a bump, about 10mph, back slid out, full lock nailed the throttle, carried on sliding, then thought bugger, and let go of everything. i was just along for the ride. |

Yes but ive never driven in the snow before, and this was a country lane with bumps mid corner which is what causeed this. |

Unlucky mate.
Like I said, so long as you're ok and no one else was involed.
Hope it's not too costly to repair. |

gonna claim or what?
Also you should have saved that, mind the road over the trossachs? It gets closed if theres ice or snow, i drive round the signs and drive it, cos its great, 1 slide into another etc. great fun.
Suppose I have more experience of snow cos it happens in summer up here |

roads are crap round here so the valvers parked up, to twitchy, using my mum's skoda fabia 1.4 it's great, there's not enough power for it to go loosing control under heavy right foot action! but unlucky with the car fella, is it still drivable or is there more damage other that cosmetic? |

I did try accelarating out of the slide, but it just spun the wheels, looking bac i could have tryed pulling the handbrake to spin the back around quicker, and the i may have just slid againts thhe verge, but then, i may have hit the pole. |
