I get mine done every 6k miles and that is what the book states, although I stick mine in at a garage as it works out cheaper to pay someone to do it and I get my book stamped. Usually costs £15 - 20ish inc filter & semi synthetic oil as I look around for special offers, National-Tyres usually have a £15 offer on but my local one has stopped doing oil changes Evil or Very Mad.

I actually got round to doing my oil today and it took just less than 5 Litres Shocked .

Maybe i didnt allow it time to settle or something, the dip stick was close to the MAX line and the dashboard sensro was just under MAX aswell.

Engine sounds a lot better for it though!
