Alarm

Everytime I start my 16v the sodin alarm goes off, this is the one that sounds through the horn and flashes the indicators, is there a quick way i can stop this so that i can move the damned thing?

hav u got the key 2 switch it off? if so the on/off switch shuld be next to the battery

dunno if its the same but the alarm i had on my 16v went for 15 or 30 seconds then stopped for a minute,then i pushed the button to disarm it

This isnt the alarm thats linked to the sounder in the battery compart ment, this sounds through the horn, might just remove the horn fuse, see if it helps

wont the indicators still flash,and ull need the horn for the next m.o.t

I dont care the moment, I just need to move the car 6ft so its not blocking my drive way

try and remove the fuse as u said,anythings worth a try or can you not just push it the 6 feet?

jus move it while alarm is going then jus let it shut up on its owm after

probably unusfull information but my alarm used to go of when the battery was low and try to start it,shi**y alarms on the 16v to be honest some cobra thing(once i charged it up it was ok again)
