i see he never even bothered to respond to the negative feedback i left him
And if he has been offered £600 for it, why the fook has he not taken it ???
to be honest i did not really want that car, but i thought it would be funny to get the car for £1
30 secs left on its last auction and it was at 99p (no reserve that time) so i put £1 on it.
At the end of the day a contract on ebay is a legal and binding affair, this seller went back on the deal, he did not even contact me even after i contacted him to try to sort it out. |

you should of complained 2 ebay / trading standards soon as they knocked on his door he would of haanded them keys 2 u...
if the auction ended when the time ran out then its your car... |

i considered that, just purely for the fun of Neal and myself driving up there, replacing the diff circlip (which i can do in less than 45 minutes) and drive it away much to the dismay of the current owner.
but i could not be arsed to go through all the hassle of it for just £1.
I have no where to store it, already got four 19's and my laguna down here taking up space, its quite a bit of a drive from here to Derby, i just bid on it at the time to see if i could really buy a ph1 valver for £1 |

this guy is 1 hell of a tosser, if we had addy we could all go dwn and beat the hell outta him, does he not know wat a ebay legal contract is, i personallythink hes frm india/pakistan typical of them not to follow rules, & always out to rip people off |
