can anyone tell me why the auxilery water pump on my ph1 19 16v comes on even when the engine is cold? i thought they were only supposed to work after you switch the engine off and it is over a certain temp, so to prevent to fuel evaporating in the lines? |

nope, the aux water pump will always come on when you turn the ignition off, even if the engine has not been started and you just had the ignition on. |
