Hey all,
The radio hasn't worked on this megane since I bought it. I had a look at the problem today and it seems the dash lcd is dead. I found the bulbs had blown. Are these a generic part or main dealer only?
They're not the regular capless bulb in holder arrangement like the insrument cluster/clock/centre console-they're much smaller and the bulbs are permanently fixed to their holders so capless won't do. The bulb holders are small and yellow.
Any ideas? |

Cheers Chet, seems my problem is a lot more than just a blown bulb. The LCD for the rado is dead and one I got from the sprapyard is either knackered too or I have a radio/wiring problem. Anyone know where I can get wiring diagrams for the audio looms in this car? In the TIS CDs? Haynes has nowt (as usual).
Can't even test the radio is working cos I need the LCD up and running to enter the code Don't know anyone with a similar car to swap the radio with either, darn. |
