o righty gonna polish my throttle body and inlet manifold inside and out (inside for her outside for me Wink ) and i was wondering if it was a easy job getin the inlet manifold done in side, like shot blasted through or sand by hand or dremmel?

gota be done before i put my ported head on

it takes very long matey i did my head on my escort back in the days i left it on he car and did abit every day i started with ruff paper and worked my way to the fine grade paper but you can use a drill with a sand paper head on it :wink:and i used some metal buffer for it i will try and get the name of the stuff

thinking weather to go and buy a dremmel right this second cant be arsed to do all the ruff sanding maybe just the finishingoff by hand

will be easy gota spare TB, Inlet Man, Fuel Rail

I want to do the same.

Bout a spare Energy rocker cover from scrappy just need know how best to get it shiney as...then sell it on Ebay.

What grades of paper did you use?

Can you list all the grades please.

um got wet'n'dry 180,800 and 1200

180 is for the ruf work

800 for tidying it up

1200 for polishing thats the really had bit

will post a pic of the TB later

i cant find better than 1200 where u get 2500?

and the zorst manifold is equal lengths.

I found gettin the brasso down my exhaust manifold the hardest
