They look very rusty for a week old!
Caliper needs a good strip and greasing |

Agreed, they look rustier than mine on the car thats been sat in my garden for 4 weeks with the discs exposed!
and yeah as chet says, strip the calipers, give them a bloody good clean up/service and regrease them
also if your discs are going that rusty so quickly i would advise copper grease on the mating faces on the bell of the brake disc and inside of the wheel (where it bolts onto the hub) or else in a few months time those wheels will have rusted themselves hard on and will be a nightmare to get off. |

grease the sliders, see how loose they are in the holes. Looks like its being pulled off centre. |

reminds me of a friends old car...AKA Brum....was an ancient astra that was seriously fucked but somehow scraped thru the mot every year with a couple of KGs of welding and some gaffer tape...
anyway, the brakes got so bad he decided about time to change the disks and pads...when he had the disks off the brakes were so dodgey that there was a groove on the inner portion of the bearing surface so deep it was almost parting the outer part of the disk off into a nice ring |

on a few pugs especially gti's I have found the beel to have broken away from the disc so there was no braking force on that wheel.
Rear discs on 205's seem bad for it. |
