How the fuck do i fit em!
Instead of a key i have 5 holes spaced around the pully and a pin
Someone fix it for me |

put the pin in to where you want it set, then tighten the pulley bolt, job done. |

Sorry Chet!!!
The 5 holes are offset by one degree, this allows you to accomodate for every 24 thou reduced in head thickness. As it stands now, the pulley is sitting dead up, i.e zero offset, each hole in the clockwise manner is 1 degree advanced.
Just put the pin in the hole at the top, in relation to the pulleys natural 'up' i.e. all engraving as it should be read.
I thought you were joking when you said that you needed instructions.

Aaah now it all becomes clear! I knew they had to be there for a reason but i couldn't think why

Its a good idea now to put the smallest dab of vibration safe loctite on the bolts once you have the timing set.
I do this on every vernier i install now, on every engine........too much bad experiences have left a bitter taste and i dont leave anything to chance, even on my pullies. |
