I got hit while I was sitting at a set off lights by a drunk at 55 mph, he then tried to run off, wrote off my Ford Orion 1997
Car pulled into my Xr2i doing 70 down M25 he then hit 3 other cars ,road closed for 2.5 hours 20 mile queue mentioned on 6 o'clock news BBC
All not my fault I hasten to add! |

I did 60mph in to a tree in a p2 19, all thanks to a woman in a subaru!
front end of the car crumpled, the tree snapped in half and after 4 spins I ended up in the wrong lane facing traffic. I also punched a hole in the screen when I forgot to let go of the steering wheel. lol |

hmmmm, where do i begin . .
Rolled an escort van (mk2 shape) when i was 17 and had only passed my test a few weeks beforehand
smacked another escort mk2 up the arse with my cortina mk4 when he slammed on his brakes at a junction
Wrote off a police car on the M25 (A10 junction) with a 7.5 ton leyland roadrunner, sent the police driver to hospital with whiplash, the front bumper of the lorry was on the back seat of the policecar i had hit it that hard, M25 closed for 3 hours, i got the sack from that job and it was not my fault, the copper pulled out in front of me.
He was in front of a lorry in the left lane, i was in the middle lane doing 70 (ish) when out of nowhere there is a cop car, not for long lol
then nothing for years until this latest job.
Reversed into an Audi TT roadster with the van and the next day got hit up the arse of the van by a girl in a fiesta |

Well the night I passed my driving test I took a downhill corner too quick, span the back end out of my 1.4 R19 and it fishtailed for what seemed like ages before I nipped the handbrake and ended up facing prefectly the other way on the outside of the road - luck more then anything. First thing my mate said was "Good job I had the lid on my milk!". Other then that getting hit up the arse on new years day and the driver drove off.
This happened when my mate borrowed his dads brand new BMW 528, turned off the traction control and tried to show off to me on a roundabout (I was behind in my R19)
Haven't got these pics out for ages! So here we go:
They were going to get a crane to lift it off, but the police wanted it off within the hour or they were going to kick off - so the recovery wagon reversed into the front of the BMW and pushed it off the barrier!
Thats my mate looking smug! |

Well, Danger Boy here is accident prone.
First off was a 50cc dirt bike ; back end slipped out on a drain in the wet.
Second was the same bike when someone hit the back end while pulling up behind me at a junction.
Third was an NSR125R two stroke racer thingy ; rear bearing exploded at **mph sending me down the dual carriage way head first narrowly being missed by a passing volvo. Left with bumps/bruises/scrapes (Veeeeery lucky not to get clipped by that Volvo)
Then began the cars.
First renault 19 1.4 gts forced off the road by an old school Toyota land cruser and ended up in a ditch along with a few breeze blocks and a scaffold pole that lodged itself through the engine back and stopped an inch in front of the windscreen.
Second was a 1.2 nova, took the front right suspension and wheel clean off hitting a pot hole where the cones had been moved. (hole was 2 foot deep)
Third was my mums rover 200 someone took me out head on, we were both doin 30 in opposite directions when some girlie in a corsa veered accross my lane. Had back problems ever since, was in complete agony for about a month.
Fourth was my cavalier when my mate planted his Suzuki Baleno into the back of it at about 45. Cavalier had a two inch crack on the rear bumper, baleno was written off (was valued at £4k)
Fifth was another renault 19 which was heading for the scrappy, rolled it in a mates field bumming around, it drove for another two weeks after.
Sixth was the blue ph1 hatch on Sunday , someone couldn't get the machine at the car park to accept their ticket. So they reversed back from the barrier, straight into the drivers wing.
Soooo 1 or 2 but no huuuuuge ones. |

isn't this incriminating yourself?
best one was my 80mph smack in the blue energy which resulted in me being on 2 wheels and sliding down the central reservation barrier.
great fun.
The rest can't/don't wanna say. |

It can't be incriminating if it wasn't your fault or you have already been done for it. |

8 years ago i was a passenger in a sierra cosworth that spun and hit three parked cars and it was a write-off.1 of the cars we hit was a bmw.the person driving the cosworth got 6 points £500 fine,i was cautioned because of my age at the time and the bmw we hit wasnt taxed m.o.t'd or insured,so he got done for that too. |

Interesting thread...
My mate wrote off his first car (a slammed Saxo VTR) about 3 weeks after having it going 80 down a wet very windy road. The back end swung left, fishtailed, then gripped throwing us into a ditch, ripping the front end of the car off and chucking us spinning up in the air. We then landed (still spinning) ripping up most of the verge, throwing mud everywhere before coming to a stop about 50m down the road (nose 1/2 way in the ditch). I was in the left rear seat and when we got thrown in the spin/ditch my head cracked into the side window/roof and goddamn, never felt such a shock.
Happened all in about 3-4 sec but I can remember looking up from my phone when the back end came out thinking 'fuuuuuuuuuuuuucckkk!'.
The whole chassis was completely twisted, the tailgate was about 2 inches to the left of where it was meant to be.
We were pretty lucky, there was a wooden posted fence about 3ft running the whole way the road and my mate was up our arse in his fiesta. He managed to skid-pan style slide around us.
Ended up with concussion and had bad whiplash on my neck, have had problems with my neck ever since actually. Makes reversing without mirrors a right pain in the ass. |

Oh.. and still dont know what your mate who crashed the BMW is grinning about?!
If I'd crashed my pa's new bmw i'd be a little bit pissed off.
Kinda annoys me, insurance being so high because of shit like that -and him still not being about to accept that hes a tit for driving a car that he can't handle.
-Or maybe hes just embarassed and doesnt know what to do????.... |
