got some pics of the cabby I'm due to pick up on saturday. To say I'm less than impressed is an understatement but the gy was breaking the car originaly so I cant complane too much.

just spoke to him on the phone again.
all the eletrics work fine windows ect, he started the car up so I could hear it runnig and he's gona give me a hand fitting new pads on saturday when I turn up too. (he even said I could use his tools)LOL
he's even got a HPI check that he's just done as I was questioning the history of the car/re-spray.
so it all looks prety genuine.
Plus the guys about 50 so if he sells me a ringer I'll batter him. LOL |

50? he sounds a bit fight for a squaddie to take on without the americans tbh
to change the pads you only need a 17mm spanner and a 13mm spanner, undo the top bolt and flip the caliper forward and drop in the new pads.
you need to push the pistons back in though, use a screwdriver between the pad and disc through the slot since they are fooked anyway |

I think I can take him on my own. LOL
what do I need a 13 for? I only need to undo the calipers top bolt. and push the piston back.
I normaly push the piston in by hand tbh mate. |
