...So I started to notice a slight 'rumbling' feel on the chammy's brake pedal, and investigated....
This is what happens when you run your brake pads down to nothing

I could have sworn I put new pads on there about 6 months ago.... that'll be the blue hatch then . A lesson there for us all I think - when you have 2 or more cars, keep good track of the consumables!
These are the discs I arsed about with for ages pressing in new bearings too... typical. Oh well, I have noone to blame but myself.
So the chammy now has the black hatch's (non-ABS) discs... |

you can change the ring over to the non ABS discs btw.
Not seen a cracked disc in a long time I have to say, at least they worked though eh! |
